Access to your storage unit(s) is free of charge during our opening hours. Monday- Friday 0800-1800. Please give 24-hours notice before arrival.

When storage is no longer required, a charge of £98.00 inc. VAT and £30.00 per MSSU thereafter is payable for re-delivery. Surcharges may apply for addresses outside M, WA, OL, BL & SK Postcodes

If you choose to cancel a delivery or re-delivery, we may charge you the full fee of £98.00 inc. VAT and £30.00 per MSSU thereafter if we are notified less than 24-hours before the scheduled date and time.

If we fail to receive payment from you after 90 days or more, we may take various steps to recoup the costs including late fees and even disposal of your goods.

You are obliged to notify us in writing of any changes to your address, telephone number, email and your nominated emergency contact.
