You are obliged to notify us in writing of any changes to your address, telephone number, email and your nominated emergency contact.

Our insurance option is charged at £1.95 per week per £1,000.00 worth of cover invoiced four-weekly. If you choose not to take our insurance option, you are still obliged to tell us in writing the value of your goods coming onto store. 

When storage is no longer required, a charge of £98.00 for one storage unit, and £30.00 per storage unit thereafter is payable for re-delivery within a 15 mile radius of our stores. Surcharges may apply for return outside this area. Costs include VAT.

If you choose to cancel a delivery or re-delivery, we may charge you the full fee of £98.00 inc. VAT and £30.00 per MSSU thereafter if we are notified less than 24-hours before the scheduled date and time.

Access to your storage unit(s) is free of charge during our opening hours. Please check with your local store for more details. Please give 2-3 working days notice.

If we fail to receive payment from you after 90 days or more, we may take various steps to recoup the costs including late fees and even disposal of your goods.
